TRANING SCHEDULE:

Tuesday, Thursday
10:00 - KIDS 7-12 y.o.
15:15 - KIDS 7-9 y.o.
16:30 - KIDS 10-12 y.o.

Suturday
12:00 - BJJ no gi (mixed class)
16:30 - KIDS 7-12 y.o.
At this stage, our main goal is to build a strong foundation. We focus on teaching the basic techniques of BJJ while preparing the child’s body for the physical demands that lie ahead.

Through coordination drills, endurance training, and mobility routine, children gradually develop body control, learning to move with awareness and confidence. Alongside technique, we nurture essential life skills: discipline, respect, patience, and self-belief.

This is the first step into the world of BJJ —
and we take it together.

At the end of the session, we do a small amount of positional sparring and a minimal amount of free sparring.

These classes are best suited for beginners, but experienced athletes can also benefit by sharpening their solid, time-tested basics.
